Meet the Founder
Curated Flow was founded by Elizaveta Aleksandrova, a travel and hospitality professional with more than 25 years of international industry experience.
Her career began in the cruise sector, representing major international travel brands across Europe and North America before moving into the luxury hospitality market, where she worked with some of Europe's most recognized luxury hotels and travel suppliers. Over the years, she developed extensive expertise in luxury travel sales, supplier relations, destination management, client experience, and business operations.
Throughout her career, Elizaveta has worked across multiple international markets and built long-standing relationships within the European luxury travel industry. This experience became the foundation for Curated Flow and its mission to help independent travel advisors build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
Alongside her work in travel, Elizaveta has also led projects in interior design, furniture production, and hospitality. These experiences shaped a broader understanding of luxury, service standards, aesthetics, and client expectations across different industries.
